Feature: Docker container?

I started packageing csapex into a docker container. Should I push my progress here or is this "feature" undesired?

This makes setting up production environments much faster and eases deployment on new machines (especially when evaluating stuff).

Also running {D,C}NN nodes which require CUDA/Tensorflow/etc. is a lot simpler.
